• Base Coat: Apply a thin, even layer of the Glam Powder Base Coat over the entire surface area of one nail then quickly dip into shade of choice. Repeat dip steps to achieve desired depth of color.
• Activator - Apply 1 coat after you finish dipping your nails. Buff and shape your nails and then liberally apply another coat. Let it air dry for 1 minute. 
• Top Coat - Apply 1 coat using 2-3 very quick brush strokes. After 1-2 minutes apply a second coat for high shine. 

Note: This product works only with Rossi Glam Powder
